Audrey Jordaan is a seasoned Conveyancing Secretary with an extensive career spanning over a decade, beginning in 2006. Her commitment to excellence and meticulous attention to detail have made her a respected figure in the legal and property sectors.
Throughout her career, Audrey has honed her expertise in various areas, including Property Transfers, Bonds, Foreclosures, and Debt Collection. Her comprehensive understanding of these domains allows her to effectively assist clients through the often intricate processes of legal transactions. Frans Dubula
Head of Litigation
Frans Dubula is a seasoned attorney with extensive expertise in Labour Law, Litigation, Family Law, and the Administration of Deceased Estates. His tenure as Head of Department at one of the South African Trade Unions provided him with a profound understanding of labour relations, union dynamics, and dispute resolution, making him a trusted advisor in these areas.
Beyond labour law, Frans has substantial experience in Family Law, guiding clients through matters such as divorce, maintenance, and custody. He also excels in estate planning and administration, assisting clients with wills and navigating the complexities of deceased estates.

Kuki Mokoena
Associate
Kuki Mokoena is a focused and client centered Associate admitted as an attorney in April 2024. She holds an LLB from UNISA and a Diploma in Cost and Management Accounting. As a Candidate Attorney at STBB Attorneys (Western Cape) she rotated through Litigation, Pro-Bono Conveyancing, Estates and Retail and Development Conveyancing. She then gained further experience as an Associate at the same firm for 22 months before relocating to Gauteng where she continues to build on her strong foundations in conveyancing, legal drafting, client consultations and estate administration.
She also brings experience from the mining sector where she worked as a Training Clerk at Murray & Roberts Training Academy and holds a certificate for Safety Officer 1, an Assessor qualification and an OD-ETDP Level 4 certificate. Known for her clear communication, attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure. Kuki is committed to delivering practical, transparent legal solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
Mpho Kobe
Legal Secretary
Mpho Kobe completed his LLB degree through UNISA and served his articles of clerkship at a boutique law firm. He is currently awaiting his final board examinations for admission as an attorney.
Before pursuing law, Mpho was a flight attendant, a role that saw him travel extensively and develop strong interpersonal and service skills. He brings that same global perspective and client-centered approach to his current role as Legal Secretary at TS Tshabalala Attorneys Inc, where he assists primarily with Medical Negligence and Road Accident Fund matters.
Known for his loyalty, dedication, and selfless nature, Mpho is committed to ensuring that both clients and colleagues feel supported. His sense of humour and positive energy keep the office atmosphere light and uplifting.

Tshegofatso Blessing Lekitlane is a BA Law and LLB graduate with 4 years of experience in estate administration and conveyancing. Based in our Witbank branch, she specialises in deceased estates, property transfers, and compliance matters, providing meticulous and client-focused legal support.
Currently a Master’s candidate in Constitutional and International Law, Tshegofatso is committed to advancing her expertise and upholding the highest standards of professionalism, accuracy, and integrity in legal practice.
Style Mathavhani Mathonsi

Style Mathavhani Mathonsi is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa. He holds an LLB from the University of Johannesburg and completed his legal training through LEAD in Sandton. He began his professional development at Werksmans Attorneys.
Style specialises in Mining and Commercial Law, as well as Mergers and Acquisitions. He is known for his sharp legal insight, commercial acumen, and level-headed, professional approach to complex transactions.
